Return,Refund & Exchange Policy
All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However if you recieve a damaged , defective or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are expected only for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
- An unboxing/uncut opening video is mandatory as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue at the time of delivery.
- Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused ,unwashed and returned in their original packing with all tags intact.
Non Returnable Items
- Customized or made to order garments.
- Items purchased on sales through promotional offers, unless damaged.
Exchange and Refund Policy
- Once return is approved, we will deliver replacement/exchange within 7–10 bussiness days.
- Refunds if possible will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 days after approval.
- We offer one time exchange subject to stock availability.
Return Process
- Email or whatsapp us with your order number, a brief description of the issue and the unboxing video.
- Once approved we will arrange the return pick up or guide you through the return shipping steps.
- Once the product reaches the warehouse, after thorough checking of the product and the given product meeting the issue , the replacement will be approved and Refunds or exchange will be processed within 7-10 bussiness days after receiving the item.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel the products before it is shipped and receive the refund.
Once the product is shipped, order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.Exchange only on damaged product with mandatory package opening video
