Damaged products
swarnasirisilks would replace the damaged product received on shipping with the same or similar one depending on the stock available.We will be considering the replacement request only with mandatory video of product unboxing/or opening video clearly establishing the product was damaged before receiving. The request of replacement of damaged products must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product,any request placed after that will not be entertained by swarnasirisilks.com
Missed delivery
Our logistics partner will attempt delivery of your product for three times,failed to accept the orders would be returned to our warehouse. To reship such orders again ,extra shipping charges of Rs 250 will be charged. However in case of COD to reship the products ,full price of the product to be paid along with shipping charges.
