SHIPPING AND DELIVERY- INDIA

Swarnasiri Silks ships all over india. We have partnered with best logistics to handle your products professionally and delivered on time.

ORDER DISPATCH

Swarnasiri Silks orders are processed and dispatched  within 1-2 working days.In case of any delays in processing the order ,we will inform you about the possible delays.

ORDER DELIVERY 

FOR INDIA:

Our logistics partner usually delivers in 2–3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However i  case of unforeseen circumstantial issues and rare operational or technical issues, there might be delay in delivering your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA):

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Every proceess for international shipping takes time as the package as to move from one check point to another before it reaches you safely.

International orders typically arrive within:

SHIPPING CHARGES

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA:

Swarnasiri silks provides free shipping for all the prepaid order within india.Shipping charges/ cash handling charges of Rs 150/- on all Cash on delivery orders within india.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Our shipping charges are delivery duty unpaid charges .

Any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price in our website and in shipping cost.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.Please ensure payment of import duties on arrival . Failing to do so your orders might get stuck with customs department or it may return back to our warehouse, in such a case we won’t be able to refund the shipping charges and may deduct some charges for return. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
